A sign atlveNeing the model home locatetl on the tat has been erectetl in <br />violation of the Zoning Ominance. The PD-H-R2 (Planned Development-Housing-Low <br />Density Residential) Zoning District does not allow signs on intlivitlual lots, The only <br />signs approved in the zoning process are the main subtlivislon signs. <br />Also, SeMbn 9.6 (Signs No( Subject to Permit Requtremenfs), Paregrsph j) states that <br />(ijemporary rea/asfele signs krlots o7 kss than 5 acres, a single sign on each street <br />hontege maybe erectetl. tt shall not exceed 4 squat (eat in area, end may contefn the <br />message Nat the property is for sale, lease or rent antl the name, address and phone <br />numberolNe agent. <br />The sign locatetl on the property appears fo be over this size limit. Please have the <br />sign removed from the site immetliately. <br />Also, on July 24, 2001, a small A-frame sign was ohserved [haI is locatetl on the street <br />next to the cwb. The sign statetl that en agent was On duty. Real estate agent offcee <br />operating trom model homes are not allowetl as a permitted use in the subdivision. <br />
