For subsequent addition of employees, the contractor will guarantee the County a maximum two (2) week <br />period of delivery for the complete issue of all clothing articles to include shirts, pants, and jackets and <br />coveralls. <br /> <br />4. Uniforms unavailable from standard stock sizes shall be special ordered and provided at no increase in cost to <br />the County <br /> <br />5. No extra charge will be levied during the contract period for upgrading of garments that show excessive wear. <br /> <br />6. No charge will be levied for employees who gain or lose weight requiring a size change. <br /> <br />7. Each uniform shall be cleaned and repaired as necessary on a weekly basis. <br /> <br />8. Each uniform shall be maintained in serviceable condition with rips, tears, loose or missing buttons, etc., <br />repaired and/or replaced as necessary to retain the original quality and appearance. <br /> <br />9. Each uniform shall be returned neatly processed; wrinkle free, placed on hangers and delivered to a <br /> specified point of delivery for employees. (Note: Each person’s uniforms of shirts and pants (coveralls <br /> and jackets when applicable) shall be grouped together. <br /> <br />10. Uniforms that are damaged beyond repair shall be replaced with new articles only. Orange County shall not <br />assume liability for items damaged due to nature of work performed. <br /> <br />11. Uniforms that are damaged beyond repair through normal wear and tear shall be replaced at no cost to the <br />County. <br /> <br />12. Executive oxford shirts shall be replaced with new stock when they become worn, damaged or heavily stained <br />through normal use. The county will be the judge of such worn, damaged or heavily stained items. <br /> <br />13. Pants of supervisory personnel shall be replaced with new stock when they become worn, damaged or <br /> heavily stained through normal use. The county will be the judge of such worn, damaged or heavily <br /> stained items. <br /> <br />14. The Contractor will issue credits for vacations, military leave, or sickness’ exceeding a two-week service <br />period. <br /> <br />15. No charges will be incurred when all garments are returned for those personnel who terminate employment <br />with the County prior to contract expiration. <br /> <br />16. The County will be supplied with “Customer Service Repair Tags” to be attached to garment needing <br /> repair(s). <br /> <br />17. A system shall be in place to provide for the recycling of garment hangers. <br /> <br /> <br />B. Uniform and Mat Details <br />1. Work Uniforms.
