Perform LOTO <br />2. Recover refrigerant <br />3. Remove all heavy load components above coils (fans, motors, cover panels) <br />4. Remove old coils from the top of the chiller* <br />5. Clean up tracks and install new coils (Siemens to provide new coils) <br />6. Reinstall all heavy load components above new coils <br />7. Perform pressure test with nitrogen <br />8. Pull vacuum below 500 microns and install new factory charge (Siemens to provide new <br />refrigerant) <br />9. Complete startup inspection <br />10. Clean up work area <br />*Due to clearance issues, the coils cannot be removed through the side of the chiller per design <br />Excludes <br />1. Applicable sales taxes as required by law; Sales tax will be billed at the time of invoicing. <br />2.
