Record Documents will be based on field observations and redline as- <br />built drawings provided by the contractor and the observations during the site <br />inspections. DAA shall not have responsibility for acts or omissions of the <br />contractor or subcontractors, their agents or employees, or other persons <br />performing the project construction. <br />Due to the nature of these activities, DAA will complete these items based upon a time and <br />materials basis per our standard rate schedule. For budgeting purposes, we have included an <br />estimated fee for this task in the schedule below. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> Record Drawings as required. <br /> Site Visit reports from onsite inspections <br /> Recommendations of pay requests from the Contractor <br /> Change Order and Field Order documents, as necessary, for Owner execution <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />All other services not expressly defined above in this task proposal will be considered additional <br />services and could be subject to additional task order proposal(s) and costs. <br /> <br />SCHEDULE <br />DAA proposes to complete Task 1 through Task 2 within 30 days of notice to proceed. Task 3 <br />and 4 are dependent upon permit acceptance and authorization from the Owner, as well as <br />Contractor’s availability and timeline. As such, it is recommended these services be provided on <br />a Time and Materials (T&M) basis. <br /> <br />COMPENSATION <br />Compensation for engineering services and reimbursable expenses shall be based on a lump <br />sum fees presented below.
