Walnut Grove Wastewater Disposal System <br />May 11, 2020 Page 2 of 6 <br /> <br />Existing Conditions Plan – DAA will prepare an existing condition plan to show the <br />locations of the existing onsite features, including buildings, structures, walls, and paving. <br />Site Layout Plan – DAA will prepare a site plan to show the proposed septic <br />improvements. The site layout will also show general existing conditions based upon <br />historical CAD files, if available, and online sources. <br />Utility Plan – DAA will prepare a utility plan to show the location and alignment of the <br />proposed forcemain, pressure manifold, and septic drainage lines. The utility plan will <br />also include relevant construction notes and considerations. <br />Erosion Control Plan – It is assumed that this project will not disturb more than 1 acre of <br />land. As such, an Erosion & Sediment Control permit will not be required. DAA will <br />include relevant erosion control elements required within the Site Layout Plan. <br />Construction Detail Sheets – DAA will prepare required construction detail sheets for the <br />project associated with the proposed forcemain, septic drainage field, grinder pump <br />installation, and erosion and sediment control features. <br />Deliverables: <br /> General Notes and Legend Plan <br /> Site Plan <br /> Utility/Septic Plan <br /> Construction Details <br /> Project Manual <br />DAA will prepare a Project Manual for the work associated with the proposed <br />improvements described above. The Project Manual will consist generally of Contract <br />Documents, General Conditions, and other related documentation including formats for <br />Pay Requests, Change Orders, and Technical Specifications for the work. Standard readily <br />available forms will be used to the extent practical. Other related documents, such as <br />County specific purchasing or contract requirements will also be included.
