Property <br />zoned AR ( Agricultural- Residenti tlyBACK -PW (Back Creek Protected Watershed). <br />BACKGROUND: The following events have lad to the neccesity to assess civil <br />penalties In relation to this matter <br />• February 21, 2001 — Complaint filed with Planning Department by telephone. Site <br />inspection performed and violation verified. Photograph taken (see Attachments ). <br />• March 1, 2001 — First Notice of Zoning Violation sent to property owner via certited <br />mail, return receipt requested (see Atachment 03). Notice received by Hulan <br />Bradshaw. <br />• March 5, 2001 — Mr. Bradshaw visits off cc to discuss the situation with Zoning <br />Enforcement Officer. Situation is explained! to Mr. Bradshaw. <br />• April 9, 2001 — Site inspection by Cads Bateman, Planner I. Violation continues to <br />exist. <br />
