Property zoned AR ( Agricultural- Residenti tlyBACK -PW (Back Creek Protected Watershed). BACKGROUND: The following events have lad to the neccesity to assess civil penalties In relation to this matter • February 21, 2001 — Complaint filed with Planning Department by telephone. Site inspection performed and violation verified. Photograph taken (see Attachments ). • March 1, 2001 — First Notice of Zoning Violation sent to property owner via certited mail, return receipt requested (see Atachment 03). Notice received by Hulan Bradshaw. • March 5, 2001 — Mr. Bradshaw visits off cc to discuss the situation with Zoning Enforcement Officer. Situation is explained! to Mr. Bradshaw. • April 9, 2001 — Site inspection by Cads Bateman, Planner I. Violation continues to exist.
