Our proposal is based on a site visit and <br />information provided by the Environmental Solutions Group. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Not to Exceed Cost: <br />Sixteen thousand five hundred dollars & 0 cents $16,500.00 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The following items are included in our proposal: <br /> Site supervision <br /> 4 technicians for 8 hours a day for 3 days <br /> Containment will be built in the affected areas. Prior to the start of any demolition in the affected <br />areas <br /> Exploratory holes will be cut in areas of concern per ESG’s recommendations <br /> Stabilization of the environment by use of dehumidification, air movers, and NFD’s <br /> Proposal includes 7 dehumidifiers, 6 negative air scrubbers, and 15 air movers <br /> This proposal includes equipment for three days only. <br /> After the three days each dehumidifier costs $105.58/day, air movers $25.75/day, and NFD’s <br />$105.00/day <br /> If additional HEPA filters are required to be replaced after the three days, the cost is $292.27 each. <br /> If additional labor is required beyond the allotted scope, it will be charged at $50/hr. per <br />technician <br /> All work to be performed during normal business hours Monday - Friday <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 5F122EAD-1CCE-48E3-9E21-B653F00B1F8C
