Attachment 1 <br /> <br />A Commercial Integrator for <br /> <br /> Meet with maintenance and property management daily to confirm the daily goals. <br />After Installation: <br /> Meet with user management to demonstrate and train on the new system. <br /> Meet with the property management and others to train on the new system. <br /> Get sign off on system completion. <br />Qualifiers <br />Proposed upgrade package is turn-key, and the price includes all costs associated with the upgrade, with the following <br />exceptions: <br /> Quote is based on Paratus having access to all required areas within the space. Access limitations may require <br />increases prices. <br /> Work to be generally completed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. A reasonable amount of <br />limited afterhours work for night light level settings, or access to spaces that remain occupied during the day is <br />allowable for no additional charge. <br /> Hidden or undetected existing electrical conditions that substantially affect the upgrade process may result in <br />additional charges (including existing equipment not installed to code, or per Lutron’s specifications). <br /> Upgrade does not include any change in emergency lighting functionality. It is the responsibility of the end-user <br />to maintain their emergency lighting per local code. <br /> At the completion of the project, Paratus Service Group will provide as-built submittal documents in pdf format. <br />If physical copies are required, an additional fee will apply. <br /> <br />Phase One Pricing: <br />Electrical Wiring labor $10,707.00 <br />Lutron Hardware and Paratus Programing and Installation $13,879.83 <br />Phase Two Pricing: <br />Electrical fixture retrofit labor $ 5,605.35 <br />Lutron Hardware and Paratus Programing and Installation $16,731.20 <br />Phase One & Two Turnkey Pricing $46,923.39 <br />Timeline <br />Once the agreement is approved, the equipment lead time is 4-6 weeks.
