PRE-BID CONFERENCE <br />The Pre-Bid Conference was held at 2:00 pm , Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at the front of <br />the Whitted Building., Hillsborough, North Carolina. The minutes from this meeting are <br />attached. <br /> <br />B. DRAWINGS <br /> <br /> Sheet C2.0-Overall Site Plan: Added note to show the limits of the asphalt overlay <br />area. Added new spot elevations to show elevations on the new ramps and sidewalk. <br />Added limits of new sidewalk to run down past the existing ramp which is to be removed <br />in the demolition. <br /> <br />C.
