Unit manufacturer required to provide all devices <br />and programming required to meet the sequence of operation. <br />§ RTU-1 furnish 2-way control valve to be installed by mechanical <br />§ Provide field installed Ebtron Outside Air AFMS to be wired to factory RTU controller. <br />o Hot Water System (12 points) <br />§ Boiler enable and alarm <br />§ (2) Start/Stop and status for system pumps <br />§ Boiler supply temperature, building supply temperature, building return temperature, system <br />differential pressure, outdoor temperature and humidity, emergency stop switch <br />o (36) HW Reheat VAV boxes <br />§ BACnet Siemens Controller <br />§ Discharge air temperature sensor <br />§ Room temperature sensor w/ setpoint and override ((3) to have flat plate sensor where noted on <br />mechanical drawings) <br />§ HW control valve with modulating actuator <br />§ Supply damper actuator <br />§ All terminal box controllers to be factory mounted per Addendum #1 <br />o (4) Exhaust Fans with DDC Control (2 points each) <br />§ Start/Stop and status for each fan <br />o (1) Exhaust Fan with Thermostat Control <br />§ Line voltage thermostat <br />o (2) Existing Unit Heaters with new Thermostat Control <br />§ Line voltage thermostat <br /> <br />Phase 2 <br />• Building Automation <br />o Provide extension of existing Siemens Desigo CC owned by Orange County. <br />o Provide UPS at all supervisory panels per drawings E501. <br />• Siemens to provide all controllers, devices, and programming to control the following equipment per the <br />sequences of operations: <br />o BACnet integration to RTU-2 with packaged controls.
