<br />Siemens Industry, Inc. <br />215 Southport Drive - Suite 900 <br />Morrisville, NC 27560 <br />Tel: 919.469-5095 <br />Fax: 919.469-9846 <br />2 of 4 <br />Scope of Work <br /> <br />We propose to furnish and install an extension of the existing Siemens Apogee Desigo CC Building Automation System (BAS) <br />in accordance with the plans and specifications provided on 02-15-2021. <br /> <br /> <br />Includes <br /> <br />General Conditions <br />• Labor to provide Siemens standard submittals / record documents, to include the following: <br />o System architecture (Siemens BACnet IP & MSTP) <br />o Network address schedule <br />o System flow diagrams <br />o Control installation / wiring diagrams <br />o Control & Component Panel layouts <br />o Valve schedule <br />o Equipment / Instrumentation datasheets <br />o Point database <br />o Programming <br />• Labor to provide installation and wiring, to include the following: <br />o BMS Control and interlock wiring <br />o BMS Communications cabling between control panels <br />o Installation of BMS control panels <br />o Installation of BMS instruments and devices (except those devices "in-line" duct and pipe) <br />o Plenum cable above ceiling as specified <br />o Conduit as specified – See ADD for ALL EMT Conduit <br />o Load side wiring for all HVAC equipment. Per Addendum #1 All power wiring to be provided by EC. <br />o Starters for EF-4. <br />o Assistance with the demolition of the existing controls. Pneumatic tubing will be capped to allow for <br />existing systems to continue to run in parallel. Demo of full pneumatic systems by others. <br />• Labor to provide Siemens standard startup & checkout, to include the following: <br />o Point database <br />o Point-to-point <br />o Sequence of Operations verification <br />• Labor to provide Siemens project management, to include the following: <br />o Project meeting attendance <br />o Project documentation requirements <br />o Coordination with trades <br />o Subcontractor management <br />o Material ordering and delivery coordination <br />o Project turnover documentation support <br />• Pricing is based on a 40 hour work week <br />• Labor to provide 20 hours of Owner training – Labor to provide 8 hours of owner training. <br />• 1-year parts and labor warranty upon beneficial use of systems <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 17058488-BE46-4277-9E77-433E3054E269
