Installation labor and materials shall be warranted. Demonstrate operable <br />condition of reused devices at time of Engineer¶s acceptance. <br />2.Contractor shall not be required to warrant systems, equipment and devices or software if the <br />damages and/or failures were caused by lack of training, unauthorized use, negligence or <br />deliberate action of other parties, or job site conditions. <br />1.07 OWNERSHIP OF PROPRIETARY MATERIAL <br />A.Project specific software and documentation shall become Owner¶s property. This includes, but not <br />limited to: <br />1.Graphics <br />2.Record drawings <br />3.Database <br />4.Application programming code <br />PART 2 PRODUCTS <br />2.01 GENERAL <br />A.All products used in this project installation shall be new and currently manufactured and shall <br />have been applied in similar installations. Do not use this installation as a product test site unless <br />explicitly approved in writing by Owner or Owner's representative. Spare parts shall be available <br />for at least five years after completion of this contract. <br />2.02 BASE BID ITEMS <br />A.FRONT END LICENSE <br />1.The contractor shall be responsible for the hardware and software for the enterprise <br />framework and system integration required for the complete Building Automation System. <br />2.Provide software license for number of points above. <br />3.Provide a JACE 8000 controller to provide integrated control,supervision,data logging, <br />alarming,scheduling and network management. <br />4.Niagra 4 shall be used at the network level as the manager. <br />B.SERVER <br />1.The Server shall be a PC with minimum Intel Core i5 Quad core 3.4 GHz processor with 8 GB <br />RAM and a 1TB SATA hard drive with 6 GB/s transfer rate. It shall include a minimum 32X <br />CD-ROM drive and 4-USB ports. A minimum 21´,HDMI,DVI-D video interfaces,minimum <br />1024 x 768 resolution,4x3 Widescreen,LED color monitor with a minimum 60 Hz refresh rate <br />shall also be included. <br />2.The server operating system shall be Windows 10 <br />3.Acceptable manufacturers are <br />a.Dell <br />b.Lenovo <br />c.HP <br />4.Connection to the BAS LAN network shall be via an Ethernet network interface card,100 <br />Mbps. <br />5.The server shall support all Network Control Units (NCU),OWSs,and 3rd party mechanical <br />/electrical systems connected to the Facility Management Control /Building Automation <br />System Local Area Network.(ADD 01) <br />2.03 COMMUNICATION <br />A.The design of the BMS shall support networking of operator workstation and Building Controllers. <br />The network architecture shall consist of two levels, an Ethernet based primary network for all <br />operator workstations, servers, and primary DDC controllers along with secondary Floor Level <br />Networks (FLN) for terminal equipment application specific controllers. <br />B.Data Communications Protocol: Panel Level (BLN) communication must be BACnet compliant <br />(AHRAE 135). <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 17058488-BE46-4277-9E77-433E3054E269
