<br />Commercial Industrial HVAC 5012 Neal Road, Durham, NC 27705 <br />Service: 919-680-6400, Office: 919-382-3330, Fax 919-382-3332 <br /> <br /> <br />Company: Orange County Sportsplex July 2, 2021 <br /> <br />Attn: Doug Scott <br /> <br />Re: Multiple Units Repairs Found Needed After June 2021 PM <br /> <br /> <br />We Propose To: <br /> <br /> <br />RTU-5 : <br />• Recover the refrigerant from the circuit and dispose of properly <br />• Replace 1 compressor with OEM replacement compressor (due to existing compressor was found <br />grounded out) <br />• Replace refrigerant filter dryer for the circuit <br />• Pressurize the circuit and check for any possible leaks <br />• Evacuate refrigerant circuit to the proper microns and then charge unit to proper operating pressures <br />per the unit’s name plate with new R-22 refrigerant <br />• Replace 1 – 3 pole, 40 amp, 24 volt contactor <br />• Check unit operations after the above repairs have been made <br /> <br />For The Sum Of ++++++++++++++++ $ 5,315.00 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RTU-6 : <br />• Recover the refrigerant from circuit #2 and store for reuse <br />• Replace 1 – compressor with OEM replacement compressor (due to existing compressor was found <br />to not be pumping refrigerant while running) <br />• Replace refrigerant filter dryer for the circuit <br />• Pressurize the circuit and check for any possible leaks <br />• Evacuate refrigerant circuit to the proper microns and then charge unit to proper operating pressures <br />per the unit’s name plate with the recovered/stored refrigerant <br />• Replace 1 – 7.5 mfd capacitor <br />• Check unit operations after the above repairs have been made <br /> <br />For The Sum Of ++++++++++++++++ $ 2,990.00 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 2095D3D5-BAFF-41A1-9B0E-0CF78C97C1F4
