Siemens Industry, Inc.June 28, 2020 Page 9 <br />2.2.4 Onsite Operator Training Program <br />Through our individual Building Automation Operator Coaching, we will review and <br />reinforce learned skills, leading to greater operator knowledge and productivity. <br />Siemens will assist your operators in identifying, verifying and resolving problems <br />found in executing tasks. During the coaching sessions, we can address log book <br />issues, assist your operators in becoming more self sufficient, and improve the skills <br />of your operators to better meet the needs of your facility and their specific job <br />responsibilities. The use of this time will be for coaching unless otherwise directed by <br />owner.
