For others’ clarification, the first attached is the approved Garland detail which was used as a basis for <br />the designed detail. <br /> <br />Calvin, per Paxton’s direction below and referring to the second detail attached with revised membrane routing, let’s <br />proceed as such: <br /> <br />1. Remove existing skylights and existing metal flashing. <br />2. Examine the curb and base flashing. The existing term bar is new and should not need to be replaced. <br />3. Install approved fully adhered transition membrane over top of curb, overlapping term bar by 1”. Refer to third <br />attached for sample of approved membrane. <br />4. Install metal flashing/counterflashing as shown in the original detail <br />5. Install skylight metal flashing <br />6. Review sample section on-site <br />7.
