4 | P a g e <br /> <br />The following is a breakdown of our costs for each Building: <br /> <br />TASK ITEM FEES <br />1 Detention Center $ 81,020 <br />2 EAC Building $ 19,127 <br />3 Parks Operations Building $ 12,786 <br />Total $ 112,933 <br /> <br />The following overall clarifications are noted relative to the above fee and scope proposals. <br /> <br />1. Facility Dynamics will develop checklists and functional tests based on their <br />experience for systems of these types. <br />2. Facility Dynamics will coordinate the certification of contractors for readiness, <br />completion of installation, prestart and startup. <br />3. Testing reports will be included that document the FPT’s tested. Additional retesting <br />for failed tests will be limited to the allowance above or considered an extra service. <br />4. Facility Dynamics assumes that the general contractor (and its Subcontractors, as <br />applicable) will contribute the appropriate Trade Specialists to participate in all <br />required startup tests/checks and FPT’s where appropriate. <br />5. This fee includes the use of our commissioning software tool (CACEA) to manage <br />much of the information necessary for Commissioning electronically. <br /> <br />Feel free to contact me if you need any further information or breakdown of costs.
