The existing Fire Alarm system is inspected, serviced and repaired by First Fire: Chris Register <br />919.830.6546 <br />12. Building water and electric service charges shall not implemented. These are available for use at <br />no charge. <br />13. A site enclosure fence is not required, however, the contractor is responsible for the security and <br />safety of their on-site equipment and stored materials. Contractor is also required to provide <br />pedestrian protection as this building will be occupied while work is occurring. A temporary <br />barrier/wall will be needed between phase areas. Refer to new drawing sheet G0-03. <br />Request for Substitutions <br />Manufacturers are required to submit products which meet the specifications. Those products which do not <br />comply may be rejected in the submittal stage of the project. <br /> <br />1. 075419.02 Thermoplastic Membrane Roofing- PVC Membrane – Duro-Last is to be added to the <br />list of approved equal manufacturers. <br />Specifications <br />1.
