Drawings and general provisions of the Contract, including General and Supplementary Conditions and <br />Division 01 Specification Sections, apply to this Section. <br />1.2 SUMMARY <br />A. This Section includes the following: <br />1. Replacement of damaged roof deck. <br /> <br />B. Related Sections include the following: <br />1. Division 05 Section "Structural Steel Framing" for shop- and field-welded shear connectors. <br />1.3 SUBMITTALS <br />A. Product Data: For each type of deck, accessory, and product indicated. <br />B. Shop Drawings: Show layout and types of deck panels, anchorage details, reinforcing channels, pans, cut <br />deck openings, special jointing, accessories, and attachments to other construction. <br />C. Product Certificates: For each type of steel deck, signed by product manufacturer. <br />D. Welding certificates. <br />E. Field quality-control test and inspection reports. <br />F. Product Test Reports: Based on evaluation of comprehensive tests performed by a qualified testing <br />agency, indicating that each of the following complies with requirements: <br />1. Power-actuated mechanical fasteners. <br />G. Research/Evaluation Reports: For steel deck. <br />1.4 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />A. Testing Agency Qualifications: An independent agency qualified according to ASTM E 329 for testing <br />indicated. <br />B. Welding: Qualify procedures and personnel according to AWS D1.3, "Structural Welding Code - Sheet <br />Steel." <br />C. Fire-Test-Response Characteristics: Where indicated, provide steel deck units identical to those tested for <br />fire resistance per ASTM E 119 by a testing and inspecting agency acceptable to authorities having <br />jurisdiction. <br />1. Fire-Resistance Ratings: Indicated by design designations of applicable testing and inspecting <br />agency. <br />2. Steel deck units shall be identified with appropriate markings of applicable testing and inspecting <br />agency. <br />D. AISI Specifications: Comply with calculated structural characteristics of steel deck according to AISI's <br />"North American Specification for the Design of Cold-Formed Steel Structural Members." <br />E.
