Project Identification: ONWASA Administration Building Roof Alteration <br />1. Project Location: 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, NC 28540. <br />B. Owner: Onslow Water and Sewer Authority, 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, NC 28540. <br />C. Architect: Smith Sinnett Architecture, 4600 Lake Boone Trail, Suite 205, Raleigh, North Carolina 27607. <br />D. The work includes the engineering and construction of a membrane roof system which shall replace an <br />existing built up roof system. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated or reasonably <br />implied on the drawings and/or specifications for a complete, first class job. <br />1.4 TYPE OF CONTRACT <br />A. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Bidders submitting single prime contract bids, <br />and subsequently successful single prime Contractors, shall be aware that all work of the project is <br />included in the Work of a single prime contractor, regardless of the divisions of work indicated on the <br />Drawings and in the Project Manual. All references and indications in the Drawings and the Project <br />Manual to separate Prime Contracts shall apply to the Single Prime Contract.
