The SCM maintenance152 easement shall be <br /> recorded at the Orange County Register of Deeds153 and its the154 terms <br /> shall specify who make use of the SCM maintenance 155 easement and <br /> for what purposes. <br /> (h) The owner of each Wired 156SCM shall keep records of SCM157 <br /> inspections, maintenances'58, and repairs and shall submit the same <br /> upon reasonable request to the Erosion Control Officer. <br /> (2) SCM159 Operation and Maintenance Plan (OMP)Iso <br /> (a) 161An SCM Operation and Maintenance Plan (OMP)eperat'()R and <br /> shall be provided by the �'e�a�oelop;owning <br /> entity162 as an attachment to the OMA for each SCM in accordance with <br /> Section 6.14.10 (B) (1)of this Ordinance.
