Article 6: Development Standards 67 <br /> Section 6.14: Stormwater Management <br /> (a) The permit applicant shall enter into a binding SCM Operation and <br /> Maintenance Agreement (OMA) between Orange County and all <br /> interests in the development. <br /> (b) The agreement OMA must include the following: <br /> (i) Completed OMA cover sheet template as provided by the <br /> Erosion Control Officer,142 <br /> ()td Name and address of the person or organization financially <br /> responsible for paying the-annual5-year SCM143 inspection fees; <br /> { iii Name(s) and address(es) of all parties to whom a copy of the <br /> annual SCM inspection report should go,; <br /> 4i+) iv Name and address of the person or organization financially <br /> responsible for all maintenance specified in the annual SCM <br /> inspection report,L-,� <br /> (v) Emergency contact information-, and <br /> M(vi) SCM Operation and Maintenance Plan in accordance with <br /> Section 6.14.10 (B) (2) of this Ordinance; the SCM Operation <br /> and Maintenance Plan shall be attached to the OMA as <br /> "Attachment A".144 <br /> (c) The °n,ee nent OMA shall require the owning entity to maintain, repair <br /> and, if necessary, reconstruct the SCM in accordance with the operation <br /> and M on+ Plan „ maRYal prepared by the develeperapproved <br /> SMp.145 <br /> (d) The OperatiORs and MaiRteRaRGe AgFee eRtOMA shall be signed_-and <br /> notarized,and filed/recorded146 with the Orange County Register of <br /> Deeds. <br /> (e) 147 in residential subdivisions ,,Where an Association (or similar entity) <br /> Homeowner's Association will be assuming responsibility for all <br /> permanent SCMs, but the Association had not yet been formed at the <br /> time of OMA recordation by the owning entity, a signed and notarized <br /> Horned niner'c Association Notification will be req ire and-a revised <br /> OMArnaintenance agreemen+ must be submitted for subsequent <br /> recordation at the Orange County Register of Deeds after the <br /> Association is formed.
