(Lithium Bromide & water analyses for absorption chillers.) To be performed one (1) time(s) per year. Vibration analysis to be performed one (1) time(s) per year. Eddy current analysis of the condenser tubes for defects (suggested every 3 years). Removal of non- connection head is NOT included (to be performed by customer). Parts are NOT included. Annually, perform visual inspection of condenser tubes. Removal of non-connection head is NOT included (to be performed by customer). Parts are NOT included. Annually, furnish labor for brush cleaning of condenser tubes, as indicated by visual tube inspection. Chemical cleaning is NOT included. Removal of non-connection head is NOT included (to be performed by customer). Parts are NOT included. Training of Customer personnel on job site. Training shall be equivalent to two (2) hours annually for mechanical systems training. Assured Service Contracts - REPLACEMENT PARTS AND COMPONENTS. This includes all parts, refrigerant (excluding CFC base refrigerants), oil and other material to complete repairs. Assured Service Contracts - REPAIR LABOR. This includes all labor to diagnose, repair, or replace failed components of the equipment covered under the provision of this agreement. All repairs will be performed during normal working hours. If Customer desires, repairs may be performed on overtime with Customer paying the difference between regular and overtime labor rates. Assured Service Contracts - (24) HOUR LABOR COVERAGE. This includes emergency service and minor repairs on 7 days per week, 24 hours per day basis. Additional leak tests to be performed one (1) time(s) per year (ASHRAE guidelines suggest 2 leak tests per year). Disposal of used refrigeration oil per EPA Guidelines. Annually clean condenser coil (air cooled). Chemicals are included. Annually clean cooling coil. Chemicals are NOT included. (Note: If coils must be cleaned after hours, customer will be charged the difference between regular and overtime rates.) Change air filters four (4) times per year. Filters are NOT included. Belts to be changed one (1) time(s) per year. Belts are NOT included. Materials and cleaning supplies used during the performance of inspection tasks listed on attached schedule(s). Walk-thru VISUAL inspection of listed equipment four (4) times per year. Normal Working Hours: All services are provided during normal working hours, which are defined as 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday (except holidays) unless specified differently herin. Any work performed outside of the normal working hours will be considered as overtime, and will be charged at the prevailing overtime rates.
