EXECUTION REQUIREMENTS - 017000 <br />Orange County Waste and Recycling For Proposal – Not for Construction <br />Metal and White Goods Retaining Wall Repair 01 70 00 - 4 <br />DAA PN R00592-204ST2 November 2020 <br />A.Clean Project prior to final inspection. Project clean up shall include, but not <br />be limited to, the following: <br />1.Sweep paved areas. <br />2.Rake clean landscaped surfaces. <br />3.Remove waste, and surplus materials. <br />4.Remove temporary construction facilities. <br />1.5 FINAL INSPECTION AND TESTS <br />A.Complete punch list items within 30 days of receipt from Engineer. Owner <br />may have work not completed within 30 days performed by others with the <br />cost deducted from the Contractor’s final payment.
