SUBMITTAL PROCEDURES - 013300 <br />Orange County Waste and Recycling For Proposal – Not for Construction <br />Metal and White Goods Retaining Wall Repair 01 33 00 - 4 <br />DAA PN R00592-204ST2 November 2020 <br />5.Record Documents and Shop Drawings: Legibly mark each item <br />to record actual construction including: <br />a.Measure and reference horizontal and vertical locations of <br />underground utilities and appurtenances to permanent <br />surface improvements. <br />b.Field changes from construction Drawings. <br />c.Details not on original Contract Drawings. <br />6.Submit documents to engineer with final Application for Payment. <br />1.4 TECHNICAL SUBMITTALS <br />A.General: Submit the following, in the number indicated, as required by the <br />individual sections of the technical specifications. <br />B.Certificates of Compliance <br />1.Submit Manufacturer’s Certificates of Compliance, in quantities <br />specified for Shop Drawings. <br />2.Certificates shall certify that the Products delivered to the project <br />are in conformance with the Specifications. <br />3.Certificates may be recent or previous test results on Product, but <br />must be acceptable to Engineer. <br />4.Certification shall not relieve the Contractor of responsibility for <br />complying with requirements of the Specifications. <br />C.Catalog Data <br />1.Submit copies of manufacturers’ standard catalog cuts of Products <br />to be used in the Work. <br />2. When shop drawings are not required, the catalog data shall <br />include the following as a minimum: <br />a.Parts schedule that identifies the materials to be used in <br />each of the various parts. <br />b.Sufficient detail to serve as a guide for assembly and <br />disassembly of the product and to serve as guide for <br />ordering parts. <br />3.Mark each copy to identify applicable products, models options, <br />and other data.
