Transmit each submittal with cover letter to the Engineer: Tyrus Clayton, Jr. P.E. <br />Draper Aden Associates – 114 Edinburgh South Drive, Suite 200 Cary, North <br />Carolina, 27511 <br /> B Sequentially number transmittal forms. Re-submittals are to have original <br /> number with an alphabetic suffix. <br />C.Cover letter for each submittal package shall list the following: <br />1.Contractor’s Name: <br />2. Project Name: Metal and White Goods Retaining Wall Repair <br />4.Draper Aden Associates PN R00592-204ST <br />D.Individual submittals shall each be listed by the following information: <br />1.Submittal reference number <br />2. Specification section number <br />3.Drawing and detail number when appropriate <br />4.Equipment <br />5.Type submittal <br />6. Supplier <br />7.
