Payment for this line item will be made upon a unit rate basis, established by <br />field survey measurements, performed by the Contractor, and provided to the Engineer. <br />G. STRUCTURAL FILL PLACEMENT - This work shall consist of furnishing all labor, material, <br />equipment, tools and other items necessary and incidental to placing, spreading, <br />compacting, and maintaining fill materials at the project site. Payment for this line item will <br />be made upon a unit rate basis, established by field survey measurements, performed by the <br />Contractor, and provided to the Engineer. <br />H. 15 INCH RCP CULVERT - This Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, material, equipment, <br />tools and other items necessary and incidental to the installation of the proposed 15-inch <br />RCP culvert within the project area as dictated by the Contract. Work includes excavation, <br />backfill, and other items necessary or incidental to completion of the work. Payment for this <br />item shall be made on a unit price basis, as established by field measurements of final <br />installation. <br />I. 24 INCH RCP CULVERT - This Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, material, equipment, <br />tools and other items necessary and incidental to the installation of the proposed 24-inch <br />RCP culvert within the project area as dictated by the Contract. Work includes excavation, <br />backfill, and other items necessary or incidental to completion of the work. Payment for this <br />item shall be made on a unit price basis, as established by field measurements of final <br />installation. <br />J. PERMANENT SEEDING AND STABILIZATION - This Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, <br />material, equipment, tools and other items necessary and incidental to install final <br />permanent seeding, channel stabilization, and stabilize the project site. This Work item also <br />includes the necessary maintenance of the seeding and necessary reseeding for a <br />maintenance period as prescribed by the Contract. Payment for this line item will be made <br />under a one-time charge and will constitute full compensation for all labor, equipment, tools, <br />and other items necessary and incidental to the completion of this work. Work shall be <br />warranted for entire warranty period to provide adequate site stabilization. Re-seeding and <br />re-mulching to occur as needed for compliance with project E&S Control standards. <br />ARTICLE 4—TIME OF COMPLETION <br />4.01 Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete and will be completed and ready for <br />final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before the <br />dates or within the number of calendar days indicated in the Agreement. <br />4.02 Bidder accepts the provisions of the Agreement as to liquidated damages. <br />ARTICLE 5—BIDDER’S ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: ACCEPTANCE PERIOD, INSTRUCTIONS, AND RECEIPT OF <br />ADDENDA <br />5.01 Bid Acceptance Period <br />A.
