Orange County Solid Waste Addendum No. 1 C&D Landfill Phase 2 Construction Page 1 of 1 <br /> ADDENDUM No. 1 <br />Orange County Solid Waste – Eubanks Road C&D Landfill Phase 2 Construction <br />Bidders on this Project are hereby notified that this Addendum shall be attached to and made <br />part of the Contract Documents dated April 26, 2021. <br />The following items are issued to add to, modify, and clarify the Contract Documents. These <br />items shall have full force and effect as the Contract Documents, and cost involved shall be <br />included in the bid prices. Bids, to be submitted on the specified date, shall be based on the <br />additions and revisions listed herein. <br />Acknowledge receipt of the Addendum by checking its number on the appropriate page of the <br />bid form. Failure to do so may subject the bidder to disqualification. <br />Clarifications/Revisions to ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS: <br />1. Bids will be received at the Orange County Solid Waste Operations Center Training <br />Room, located at 1207 Eubanks Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27516 until Friday, May 21 at <br />2:00 pm local time.
