The final documentation will be signed by the Quality Assurance Engineer to certify <br />that the approved CQA plan has been successfully carried out and that the unit <br />meeting the requirements of NCAC Rule .0541 (c) and (d). <br /> <br />b. In addition to the certification by the CQA officer, a separate certification by the <br />Design Engineer is required in accordance with NCAC Rule .0540 and .0541. The <br />Design Engineer will certify that the work has been completed in accordance with <br />the approved plans and specifications and the facility is ready to begin operation. <br /> <br />F.
