Orange County Eubanks Road C&D Landfill <br />Construction Quality Assurance Plan <br />Revised March 15, 2021 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the integrity of construction stakes. Re- <br />staking shall be the Contractor's expense. The Contractor shall maintain adequate <br />construction staking for reference by the QA personnel when locating work elements and test <br />locations. <br /> <br />f. Marked-Up Drawings <br /> <br />The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining an accurate set of marked-up drawings <br />on the construction site. Marked-up drawings shall accurately reflect grades and locations <br />and changes or modifications to the plans. Indicate changes and modifications by colored <br />pencil on a set of project drawings. Upon completion of the project, the marked-up drawings <br />shall be submitted to the Engineer. <br /> <br />3. Final Documentation <br /> <br />a. Upon completion of the project, final documentation will be organized and indexed <br />to enable easy access and retrieval of original inspection, testing data sheets, material <br />certification, reports and record drawings. During the construction period, originals <br />of the documents shall be kept by the QAO at the site. At the completion of the <br />project, the QAE will compile the quality assurance data and assemble the <br />certification report. <br /> <br />b. The final documentation shall include project correspondence pertaining to changes <br />or clarifications to the work. <br /> <br />c. The final documentation shall include project submittals. Project submittals shall be <br />numbered and tabulated in a submittal log. <br /> <br />d.
