Test locations shall be identified by the Contractor by horizontal and vertical control and <br />presented on drawing or sketch indicating dimensions. <br /> <br />d. If a test fails to meet the required compaction level or moisture content, then the area <br />represented by that test shall be reworked and retested at the Contractor's expense. <br />Corrective measures shall be documented in the Quality Control and Quality Assurance <br />reports. <br /> <br />e.
