Orange County Eubanks Road C&D Landfill <br />Construction Quality Assurance Plan <br />Revised March 15, 2021 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 7) Reviewing methods for documenting and reporting inspection data. <br /> <br /> 8) Reviewing methods for distributing and storing documents and reports. <br /> <br /> 9) Reviewing work area security and safety protocol. <br /> <br /> 10) Discussing procedures for the location and protection of construction <br />materials and for the prevention of damage of the materials from inclement <br />weather or other adverse events. <br /> <br /> 11) Conducting a site walk-over to review construction material and inspection <br />equipment storage locations. <br /> <br />The QA personnel shall document the Preconstruction Meeting. Copies of the <br />documentation will be forwarded to each organization. <br /> <br />b. Progress Meetings <br /> <br />Progress Meetings will be held at least every other week at the work area, unless otherwise <br />directed by the Owner. Attending the meeting will be the Contractor, the Engineer, and the <br />QA Personnel. The purpose of the meeting is to: <br /> <br /> 1) Review the previous week's activities and accomplishments. <br /> <br /> 2) Review the work location and activities for the upcoming week. <br /> <br /> 3) Identify the Contractor's personnel and equipment assignments for the <br />upcoming week. <br /> <br /> 4) Discuss potential construction problems. <br /> <br />The QA personnel shall document the Progress Meetings. Copies of the <br />documentation will be forwarded to each organization. <br /> <br />c. Problem or Work Deficiency Meetings <br /> <br />If a problem or deficiency is present, or likely to occur, a special meeting will be held.
