Requirements Included <br /> <br />Provide personnel, equipment, and materials to install pipe, fittings, and appurtenances to <br />general lines and grades shown on the plans. <br /> <br />1.02. Related Requirements <br /> <br />Section 02200 Earthwork <br /> <br />1.03. Quality Assurance <br /> <br />Comply with applicable codes and regulations as required by regulatory agencies having <br />jurisdiction over this work. Comply with the pertinent sections of the following Standards: <br /> <br />A. AWWA - American Water Works Association <br /> <br />B. ANSI - American National Standards Institute <br /> <br />C. ASTM - American Society of Testing and Materials <br /> <br />1.04. Submittals <br /> <br />Shop drawings and product data are required for pipe and fittings. <br /> <br /> <br />Part 2 Products <br /> <br />Reinforced concrete pipe shall conform to ASTM C-76 Class III, unless otherwise <br />indicated on the plans. The pipe interior shall be smooth and free from roughness, <br />projections, or irregularities. Cracked or flaking pipe shall be rejected. Pipe with exposed <br />reinforcement shall be rejected.
