Orange County Eubanks Road C&D Landfill <br />Permit Technical Specifications <br />Revised March 15, 2021 <br />Section 13302 - 8 <br /> <br /> <br />successful completion of the seeding project, the CONTRACTOR will be notified in <br />writing as to the beginning date for the warranty period to include a 60 day maintenance <br />period. <br /> <br />5.03 Warranty Period <br /> <br />A. For seeded areas, a warranty period of 60 days is required after a substantial <br />completion notice has been issued. If the project was seeded in the fall and not <br />given full 60 days of maintenance, or if the project seeding was not considered <br />acceptable at the time, the CONTRACTOR will continue maintenance until the <br />following spring once acceptable turf is established. <br /> <br />B. The CONTRACTOR must maintain the seeded areas until a final acceptance <br />inspection has been completed and a certificate of acceptance is issued. <br /> <br />5.04 Final Acceptance <br /> <br />Following the 60 day warranty and maintenance period, a final inspection will be <br />conducted by the QAO. Upon successful completion, a written notice of acceptance will <br />be sent to the CONTRACTOR from the QAO.
