Finished Grading and Cleanup <br /> <br /> Where possible, ground surface shall be left rounded and slightly higher than <br />surrounding ground to allow for further settlement. Finished areas around <br />structures shall be graded smooth and hand raked and shall meet the elevations and <br />contours as shown on the Drawings. Lumber, earth clods or rocks larger than four <br />inches and other undesirable materials shall be removed from the site at the <br />completion of construction. Clean up shall be done as promptly as practicable <br />and/or at least once a week. Ditches which are disturbed shall be restored as <br />promptly as practical and/or at least once a week.
