Orange County Eubanks Road C&D Landfill <br />Permit Technical Specifications <br />Revised March 15, 2021 <br />Section 01720 - 1 <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 01720 <br /> <br />PROJECT RECORD DOCUMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />Part 1 General <br /> <br />Throughout progress of work, maintain an accurate record of changes in the Contract Documents. <br />Upon completion of work, transfer the recorded changes to a set of Record Documents. This <br />includes modifications to piping, roads, utilities, grading structures, limits of waste placement, and <br />monitoring devices. <br /> <br /> <br />Part 2 Products <br /> <br />Not Used <br /> <br /> <br />Part 3 Execution <br /> <br />3.01. Accuracy of Records <br /> <br />Thoroughly coordinate changes within the Record Documents, making adequate and <br />proper entries on each page of Specifications and each sheet of Drawings and other <br />documents where such entry is required to properly show the change. Record accuracy <br />shall be such that future searches for items shown in Contract Documents may reasonably <br />rely on information obtained from approved Record Documents. <br /> <br />3.02. Timing of Entries <br /> <br />Make entries within 24 hours after receipt of information. <br /> <br />3.03. Submittals <br /> <br />The Engineer's approval of current status of Record Documents shall be a prerequisite to <br />the Engineer's approval of requests for progress payment and request for final payment <br />under Contract. <br /> <br />3.04.
