Orange County Eubanks Road C&D Landfill <br />Permit to Construct Specifications <br />Revised March 15, 2021 <br />Section 01580 - 1 <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 01580 <br /> <br />PROJECT COORDINATION <br /> <br /> <br />Part 1 General <br /> <br />1.01. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for coordinating construction activities with their <br />subcontractors and with the COUNTY to maintain the uninterrupted use of the active <br />landfill. <br /> <br />1.02. CONTRACTOR shall coordinate construction activities with other Contractors on the site. <br /> <br />1.03. Additionally, the CONTRACTOR shall cooperate fully with the COUNTY about landfill <br />operating hours, and shall confirm that gates are locked and access to the public controlled <br />after landfill hours. <br /> <br /> <br />Part 2 Products <br /> <br />Not Used <br /> <br /> <br />Part 3 Execution <br /> <br />3.01. Superintendent <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR shall identify personnel as superintendent of the site in writing to the <br />COUNTY and Engineer. The CONTRACTOR’s superintendent shall maintain a presence <br />at the site during all construction activities related to the project. The superintendent shall <br />not be changed without the consent of the COUNTY unless the superintendent ceases to <br />be employed by the CONTRACTOR. <br /> <br />3.02. Access <br /> <br />Every CONTRACTOR, subcontractor, supplier, or delivery vehicle using the landfill <br />entrance shall stop at the scales and identify themselves to the landfill staff before entering <br />the site.
