<br /> <br />ANI-RRG-NPO-001 05 20 <br /> <br />Page 6 of 8 <br /> <br />5. reimbursement of security costs or measures incurred by you within 30 days of the incident; and <br />6. reimbursement of funeral costs of up to $10,000 per “employee” as a result of the incident. <br />Our maximum aggregate limit for all costs and expenses included within the Workplace violence / Crisis <br />incident / Outside aggressor coverage shall be $100,000 per policy period. This coverage shall not be <br />applicable to any cost and/or expense which is covered by any other coverage issued by us to the Named <br />Insured of the policy to which this endorsement is attached. <br />III. SUPPLEMENTARY PAYMENTS <br />Bail Bonds <br />Supplementary Payments – Coverages A and B, Paragraph 1. b. is replaced by the following: <br />b. Up to $5,000 for cost of bail bonds required because of accidents or traffic law violations arising <br />out of the use of any vehicle to which the Bodily Injury Liability Coverage applies. We do not have <br />to furnish these bonds. <br /> Investigation or Defense <br />Supplementary Payments – Coverages A and B, Paragraph 1. d. is replaced by the following: <br />d. All reasonable expenses incurred by the insured at our request to assist us in the investigation or <br />defense of the claim or “suit”, including actual loss of earnings up to $1,000 a day because of <br />time off from work. <br /> <br />IV. COVERAGE B - PERSONAL AND ADVERTISING INJURY LIABILITY <br />For the purposes of the coverage provided by this endorsement the following Exclusion is added to <br />Coverage B - Personal and Advertising Injury Liability: <br />2. Exclusions: <br /> <br />q. Fines, Penalties and Damages <br /> <br />Fines, penalties, sanctions, punitive or exemplary damages, the multiplied portion of multiplied damages, <br />non-pecuniary relief or any amount arising from matters deemed uninsurable under the law pursuant to <br />which this policy shall be construed. <br /> <br />V. ADDITIONAL DEFINITIONS <br /> <br />“Certified Act of Terrorism” means an act that is certified by the Secretary of the Treasury, in concurrence <br />with the Secretary of State and the Attorney General of the United States, to be an act of terrorism <br />pursuant to the federal Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002 or any extension or amendment of the <br />Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002 or any similar law. <br /> <br />“Client” means an individual or individuals enrolled or participating in a program, class, activity, and/or <br />receiving services administered, managed, supervised or governed by you. <br /> <br />“Crisis incident” means a dangerous or unsafe event, such as the discharge of pollutants or politically <br />inspired violence at your business premises or at an event sponsored by you, resulting in death or serious <br />bodily injury to three or more persons, including a public announcement that a “Crisis incident” has <br />occurred on your business premises or at an event sponsored by you. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 81A61471-345A-47F9-8A2D-36F7929A6637
