<br /> <br />ANI-RRG-NPO-001 05 20 <br /> <br />Page 5 of 8 <br /> <br />Our maximum aggregate limit of liability for all "Security event" costs and expenses covered by this policy <br />shall be $50,000. <br /> <br />Subpoena Response Expense <br /> <br />We will reimburse an Insured for expenses incurred in responding to a subpoena which the Insured first <br />receives during the term of this policy and has reported in writing to us prior to the incurring of the expenses. <br />The maximum amount reimbursable under this coverage, regardless of the number of subpoenas or number <br />of insureds receiving subpoenas is $10,000 per policy period. <br /> <br />Terrorism Travel Reimbursement <br /> <br />We will reimburse any current “Member” for necessary and reasonable “Extraordinary travel expense” <br />incurred because of a “Certified Act of Terrorism” during the policy period. This additional coverage is <br />subject to an annual aggregate of $30,000, which is the most we will pay for the sum of all “Extraordinary <br />travel expense” claims under this policy. <br />Unsatisfied Contributions <br />We will pay, with respect to an "Unsatisfied contribution", the unpaid balance of a prior written pledge to <br />contribute, up to an annual aggregate amount of $25,000 for all such claims. <br />This Additional Coverage does not apply to: <br />1. An “Unsatisfied contribution” from a donor who filed for, or who was in, bankruptcy before you <br />received the donor's written pledge to contribute: <br />2. Any amount in excess of the fair market value of an “Unsatisfied contribution” of goods, services or <br />property; <br />3. An “Unsatisfied contribution” where either the donor or you believed at the time of the written pledge <br />that the donor would not be able to contribute the full amount pledged; <br />4. An “Unsatisfied contribution” arising out of a written pledge made prior to the policy period; <br />5. An “Unsatisfied contribution” first known to you after the policy period. <br />Workplace Violence / Crisis Incident / Outside Aggressor <br />We will pay with respect to a “Workplace violence incident”, “Crisis incident”, or “Outside aggressor <br />incident” (collectively referred to herein as the incident) during the policy period and with our prior written <br />consent the following: <br /> <br />1. all reasonable expenses you incur for psychological counseling of your “employee(s)” during the six <br />months following the incident, subject to Exclusion 2.d of Section I, Coverage A within the <br />Commercial General Liability Coverage Form to which this endorsement is attached regarding <br />Workers’ Compensation and similar laws; <br />2. reimbursement for the cost of the physical damage to or loss of use of personal property used in your <br />business caused by the incident; <br />3. public relations consultant costs incurred by you within 90 days of the incident; <br />4. recruitment costs to replace your employee(s) who were physically present during the incident and <br />are unable to continue working as a result of the incident where such costs are incurred within 90 <br />days of the incident; <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 81A61471-345A-47F9-8A2D-36F7929A6637
