Fees and costs of independent negotiators; <br /> <br /> 2. Travel costs and accommodations incurred by a “Member” or a “Relative”; <br /> <br /> 3. Salary paid by the “Organization” to a “Member” who is kidnapped, from the date of abduction to the <br />earliest of: <br /> <br /> a. Up to 30 days after release if the kidnapped “Member” has not yet returned to work; <br /> b. Discovery of the kidnapped “Member’s” death; <br /> c. 120 days after the last credible evidence following abduction that the kidnapped “Member” <br /> is still alive; or <br /> d. 60 months after the Member’s” abduction. <br /> <br /> 4. Interest costs for any loan from a financial institution taken by the “Organization” to pay a ransom <br />demand; <br /> <br />5. Reward money paid by the “Organization” to an informant, other than a “Member” or a “Relative,” that <br />leads to the arrest and conviction of parties responsible for loss under this additional coverage. <br /> <br />Network Security Reimbursement <br /> <br />We will reimburse you up to $10,000 for reasonable costs and expenses you have incurred, with our prior <br />written consent and subject to verification, for payment of an insurance deductible and/or self-insured <br />retention for insurance issued to you as the named insured by an entity other than us, which insurance <br />has been paid to you or on your behalf for a loss sustained during the time that this endorsement is in <br />effect or a claim for damage sustained during the time that this endorsement is in effect, which loss or <br />damage results from the unauthorized access to, disclosure from or interference with your computer <br />system, including the failure by you to prevent such unauthorized access, disclosure or interference. <br />Newly Formed Entities <br />Section II – Who is an Insured, Paragraph 3. a. is replaced by the following: <br />a. Coverage under this provision is afforded until the end of the policy period. <br />Non-owned Watercraft <br />COVERAGE A - BODILY INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE LIABILITY, Paragraph 2.g.
