<br /> <br />ANI-RRG-NPO-001 05 20 <br /> <br />Page 3 of 8 <br /> <br /> <br />b. to do nothing to impair those rights or the transfer of those rights to us; and <br /> <br />c. to cooperate with us in the pursuit and enforcement of those rights. <br /> <br />Any claim for property damage which arises out of an act, error or omission, or a series of related acts, errors or <br />omissions which commences in one policy year and continues and/or results in additional property damage in a <br />subsequent policy year, will be construed as though the property damage was sustained or incurred solely in the <br />policy year in which the damage first commenced. <br />Electronic Data and Protected Health Information <br /> <br />We will pay those sums that the insured becomes legally obligated to pay as damages because of the <br />loss of “Electronic data” or disclosure of “Protected health information”. The loss of “Electronic data” must <br />be caused by a negligent act, error or omission or a series of causally related negligent acts or errors or <br />omissions which take place during the time that this policy is in effect. <br /> <br />All damages which arise out of an offense which constitutes a disclosure, loss or use of “Protected health <br />information” or a series of continuous or interrelated disclosures, losses or uses of “Protected health <br />information” will be considered as arising out of one disclosure, loss or use of “Protected health <br />information” which shall be deemed to be an offense committed on the date of the first such disclosure, <br />loss or use of “Protected health information” or violation of privacy rights through the disclosure, loss or <br />use of “Protected health information”, which disclosure, loss, use or violation must take place during the <br />time that this policy is in effect. <br /> <br />The most we will pay for the sum of all damages and expenses under this policy because of “Loss of <br />electronic data” and/or the disclosure, loss or use of “Protected health information” shall be an annual <br />aggregate limit of $50,000. <br /> <br /> <br />Executive Recruitment Expense <br /> <br />We will reimburse necessary and reasonable extra expense incurred to recruit a person to replace the <br />Chief Executive Officer or Executive Director of the ”Organization” if the Chief Executive Officer or the <br />Executive Director dies by accident during the policy period. Such extra expense includes amounts paid <br />by the “Organization” for advertising, travel reimbursement, legal costs and executive search firm <br />consulting fees. This additional coverage is subject to an annual aggregate of $50,000, which is the most <br />we will pay for the sum of all recruitment expense claims under this policy. <br /> <br />Identity Theft Expense <br /> <br />We will reimburse any natural person who qualifies as a current “Member”, for necessary and reasonable <br />“Identity theft expense” due to an “Identity theft” first discovered by the “Member” during the policy period, <br />reported to us within 60 days after discovery, and if the “Identity theft” occurred while the “Member” was <br />acting within the scope of employment for the “Organization”. This additional coverage is subject to an <br />annual aggregate of $30,000, which is the most we will pay for the sum of all “Identity theft expense” <br />claims under this policy. <br /> <br />Kidnap Expense <br /> <br />We will reimburse necessary and reasonable expenses incurred by the “Organization” resulting directly <br />from the kidnapping of a “Member” or a “Relative” during the policy period.
