ADDITIONAL COVERAGES <br /> <br />Abuse of Process <br /> <br /> Section V – Definitions, Paragraph 14.b. is replaced by the following: <br /> <br /> b. Malicious prosecution or abuse of process; <br />Cyber Breach Management and Reward Expenses <br />We will reimburse you for all reasonable costs and expenses you incur, with our prior written consent, <br />for "Cyber breach management" due to a "Cyber security event", if that "Cyber security event" takes <br />place during the policy period. <br />We will reimburse you for all reasonable costs and expenses you incur, with our prior written consent, <br />for payment of a "reward". <br />Our maximum aggregate limit of liability for all "Cyber breach management" and "reward" costs and <br />expenses covered by this policy shall be $25,000. <br />Cyber Extortion <br />We will reimburse you for reasonable costs and expenses you incur, with our prior written consent, <br />because of a threat or threats, during the policy period, that include an actual extortion demand related <br />to your computer system. <br />Our maximum aggregate limit of liability for all costs and expenses due to extortion covered by this <br />policy shall be $50,000. <br /> <br />Damage to Property of Others <br /> <br />1. We will pay: <br /> <br />a. For damage to property of others when such damage is the result of an act committed by your <br />“client” and the property damaged is owned by someone other than you or any of your “clients”, <br />employees or volunteers; or <br /> <br />b. Those sums for which you are legally obligated to pay for damage to property which is rented or <br />occupied by you, including any costs or expenses incurred by you or any other person, <br />organization or entity for repair, replacement, enhancement, restoration or maintenance of such <br />property for any reason, including prevention of injury to a person or damage to another’s <br />property, which is not the result of an act committed by your “client”. <br /> <br />2. Our maximum limit for all damage to property of others and/or damage to property which is rented or <br />occupied by you is $5,000 for any one act, error or omission, or a series of related acts, errors or <br />omissions, subject to an annual aggregate limit of $25,000. <br />3. If two or more coverage parts, forms or policies written by us apply to a property damage claim, the <br />coverage part, form, or policy provided by us with the highest limit applicable to that property damage <br />shall be the sole coverage provided by us applicable to that property damage. <br /> <br />4.
