PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY <br /> <br />MEMBER CRITERIA <br /> <br /> <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br /> <br /> COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM <br />LIQUOR LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM <br />BUSINESS AUTO COVERAGE FORM <br />SOCIAL SERVICE PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM <br />IMPROPER SEXUAL CONDUCT AND PHYSICAL ABUSE LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM <br /> <br /> <br />A named insured of the Alliance of Nonprofits for Insurance (ANI) must meet at least the following criteria: <br /> <br />1. is organized chiefly to provide charitable, religious, educational, or scientific services, but does not include <br />a hospital; <br /> <br />2. is an organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and exempt from tax <br />under section 501(a), or any corresponding sections of any future federal tax code.
