<br />ANI-RRGX1 06 18 Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE <br />Notwithstanding any other term set forth herein, the parties hereby agree that any dispute <br />which arises from the application of this exclusion shall be resolved through binding arbitration. <br />The parties acknowledge that by agreeing to binding arbitration they are waiving the right to a <br />jury trial. Binding arbitration shall take place in San Francisco, unless otherwise agreed upon and <br />shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator selected by the American Arbitration Association, <br />pursuant to its rules. The arbitrator shall apply the law of the state or the District where the policy <br />to which this exclusion is attached, and is issued. The cost of the arbitration shall be shared equally <br />by the participants. <br /> <br />COVERAGE AVAILABLE (OPTIONAL) <br />IMPROPER SEXUAL CONDUCT AND PHYSICAL ABUSE LIABILITY COVERAGE <br />Coverage for improper sexual conduct and physical abuse liability may be purchased as an <br />optional coverage. This optional improper sexual conduct and physical abuse liability <br />coverage is provided only by the Improper Sexual Conduct and Physical Abuse Liability <br />Coverage Form.
