PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION AND CONVERSION EXCLUSION <br /> <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br /> <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />SOCIAL SERVICE PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM <br /> <br /> <br />This insurance does not apply to “bodily injury”, “property damage”, “personal and advertising injury” or any claim for <br />“damages” caused by or arising out of or in any way related to the following: <br /> <br />1. Any “construction” conducted by you or on your behalf; or, <br />2. “Your work” on any building or other structure which is deemed completed for which a claim relating to <br />“construction” has been presented; or, <br />3. “Your work” which is completed and may need correction, replacement or repair. <br /> <br />For purposes of this endorsement, “your work” will be deemed completed at the earliest of the following times: <br /> <br />1. When all of the work called for in your contract has been completed. <br />2. When all of the work to be done at each specific job site has been completed if your contract calls for <br />work at more than one job site. <br />3. When that part of the work done at the job site has been put to its intended use by any person or <br />organization other than another contractor or subcontractor working on the same project. <br /> <br />For the purpose of this endorsement, “construction” is defined as all operations, including “your work” caused by, <br />arising out of or in any way related to original construction, development, conversion, demolition, remodeling and all <br />other changes, structural and non-structural, to any building or structure. <br /> <br />For purposes of this endorsement, “your work” is defined to mean work or operations performed by you or on your <br />behalf and materials, parts or equipment furnished in connection with such work or operations. “Your work” is <br />defined to include warranties or representation made at any time with respect to the fitness, quality, durability, <br />performance or use of “your work”; and the providing of or failure to provide warnings or instructions. <br /> <br />This exclusion does not apply to: <br /> <br />1.
