PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br /> <br />ASBESTOS EXCLUSION <br /> <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM <br /> <br /> <br />This insurance does not apply to any claim, “suit” or cause of action for damages due to: <br /> <br />1. “Bodily injury”, “property damage”, or “personal and advertising injury” arising or contributed, in whole or in part, <br />by the actual, alleged, threatened or suspected inhalation of, contact with, exposure to, existence of or presence <br />of asbestos or asbestos containing materials. <br /> <br />2. Any loss, cost or expense arising out of any: <br />a. Request, demand or order that any “insured” or others test for, monitor, clean up, remove, contain, treat, <br />detoxify or neutralize, or in any way respond to or assess the effects of asbestos or asbestos-containing <br />materials; or <br />b. Claim or suit by or on behalf of a governmental agency or entity for damages because of testing for, <br />monitoring, cleaning up, removing, containing, treating, detoxifying or neutralizing, or in any way <br />responding to or assessing the effects of asbestos or assesses containing materials. <br /> <br />We shall have no duty or obligation to provide or pay for the investigation or defense of any loss, cost, expense, claim <br />or “suit” excluded under any provision set forth above. <br /> <br />Defense and Supplementary Payments shall not apply to any loss, cost, expense, claim or “suit” excluded under any <br />provision set forth above. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 81A61471-345A-47F9-8A2D-36F7929A6637
