PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br /> <br />FIREWORKS EXCLUSION <br /> <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />SOCIAL SERVICES PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM <br /> <br /> <br />This insurance does not apply to “damages” arising out of the use, handling, distribution or sale of fireworks or any <br />similar explosive device or material, including but not limited to a cherry bomb, firecracker, flare, rocket, skyrocket, <br />sparklers and/or squib. <br /> <br />We shall not be obligated to investigate on behalf of an "insured" or to defend or indemnify an "insured" or any <br />person or entity claiming any right under the policy for the matters excluded in this endorsement.
