North Carolina Sustainable Energy Association is <br />working to create a sustainable energy future by promoting renewable energy <br />technologies including solar, wind, micro-hydro, geothermal, biofuels and energy <br />efficiency. Since 1978, NCSEA has conducted countless workshops, solar home <br />tours and Earth Day events, educating tens of thousands of North Carolinians. <br />NCSEA is also.a stakeholder in the U.S. Department of Energy's Clean Cities <br />Program, which focuses on increasing the availability and use of alternative fuel <br />vehicles. With N CS EA's strong efforts and membership backing,, the organization <br />has successfully helped to implement a significant tax credit (35%) for solar and <br />other renewable energy systems in the state.
