The original lease had a Commencement Date of June 1, 2010 and a Termination Date of <br />May 31, 2020. Pursuant to the terms of the lease, in November of 2019 Barrows Kitchen exercised its <br />option to extend the Lease Term for an additional seven (7) years, with a new Termination Date of May <br />31, 2027.
