A summary of each item proposed for public hearing is provided. Staff is available to <br />research and answer questions prior to the public hearing. <br />ORANGE COUNTY ZONING ATLAS AMENDMENT <br />1. PD-1-03 State Employees Credit Union <br />Request for rezoning of an Economic Development -Limited Office 1 (ED-LO-1) district <br />to a Planned Development Economic Development Linear Office (PD-ED-LNR) district <br />with a Class A Special Use Permit. The proposal will add 2,523 square feet to the <br />existing building, a 634 square foot remote teller station with a 2,000 square foot canopy, <br />and relocate the existing drive through lanes and add a fifth lane. The 3.25 acre tract is <br />located 2313 Old NC 86, the southwest corner of Old NC 86 and Oakdale Drive (PIN <br />numbers 9863-97-4356 and 9863-97-5102) in the Hillsborough Area Economic <br />Development District. Development projects in the Hillsborough Area Economic <br />Development District which do not meet all standards specified in the Hillsborough Area <br />Economic Development District Design Manual may be approved by the Board of County <br />Commissioners as a Planned Development with a Class A Special Use Permit. The <br />applicant is requesting Special Use Permit approval because the proposed development <br />project does not meet all of the standards specified in the Hillsborough Area Economic <br />Development District Design Manual. <br />
