<br />Phone: (336)449-1144 PO Box 10, Whitsett, NC 27377 Fax: (336)449-1151 <br />www.SASSERCOMPANIES.com <br />Proposal for Containment Hallway from Rear Ramp Door to Cooler: <br /> <br />➢ Provide the necessary 2x4’s to construct a frame hallway approximately 8’ wide <br />by 150’ in length by 8’ high. <br />➢ Provide the necessary flame retardant plastic, duct tape, staples, fasteners, <br />supports and zippers to form containment. <br />➢ Provide the necessary labor to sufficiently remediate the floor pathway where the <br />containment hallway will be constructed. <br />➢ Provide approximately two (2) to three (3) days of labor for the necessary crew to <br />construct the frame and form the containment. <br />➢ Inside of the chamber will require a wipe down with Benefect Decon-30 which is <br />included under this proposal. <br /> <br />PROPOSAL <br /> <br />➢ Sasser Companies is prepared to do all the work listed within the “Proposal for <br />Containment Hallway from Rear Ramp Door to Cooler” section of this document <br />for a price not to exceed $13,500.00. Sasser Companies is completing <br />this project on a time and material estimating system where all expenditures are <br />recorded and will be provided to Orange County upon completion of this project <br />along with photo documentation.
